(a) No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
(b) This restriction shall not apply to tracts of land where the following applies:
(1) The parcel or contiguous parcels in common ownership are in excess of fifty (50) acres.
(2) Said parcel or parcels are undeveloped and used primarily for agricultural purposes (this shall not restrict a home place and associated outbuildings from being located on the property).
(3) Hunting activities conducted on exempted property shall comply with all applicable hunting regulations of the State of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
