(a) No motor transportation company, officer, agent or employee of a motor transportation company or other corporation, company, association, joint stock association, person, firm or co-partnership shall violate or procure aid or abet the violation of Ohio R.C. 4921.02 to 4921.32, inclusive, or fail to comply with any order, decision, rule or regulation of the Public Utilities Commission, or procure, aid or abet any motor transportation company in its failure to comply with such order, decision, rule or regulation.
(b) Information of a conviction of a violation of subsection (a) hereof shall be reported to the Public Utilities Commission by the Clerk of the Sunbury Mayor’s Court.
(c) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
