139.17 DRESS.
   (a)   The Village reserves the right to prescribe appropriate dress and grooming, and to set standards which are in the best interests of the department.
   (b)   The Village requires that an employee's clothing and overall appearance be appropriate, in good taste, and present a favorable public image. The Administrator shall formulate policies relative to uniforms, dress codes and appearances. Uniforms will be furnished by the Village to those employees required to wear uniforms.
   (c)   Clothing shall be conducive to the safe and effective performance of required job duties.
   (d)   All employees will be required to wear a Village of Sunbury photo ID card displaying their full name and title with the Village. All cards will be furnished by the Village. Upon termination of employment, all ID cards must be returned to the Village. Police Department personnel will be issued an ID card but will not be required to wear while in uniform.
