(a) It is hereby established, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.13 the Parks and Recreation Department Trust Fund.
(b) Said fund shall contain money derived from gifts, bequests, and from such specified sources as Council may further direct other than the general property tax.
(c) Expenditures from said fund shall be made from interest only for maintenance, upkeep, and capital improvements to the park system in the Village of Sunbury, Ohio.
