133.03 ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

   An Advisory Committee for Recreation shall be appointed by the Mayor to consist of seven members as follows:

   (a)   The Director of Parks and Recreation Department;

   (b)   The Mayor;

   (c)   One member of Council;

   (d)   Four citizens of the Village.
