123.01 ESTABLISHED.

Pursuant to Ordinance 2002-31, passed July 24, 2002, Council has established the office of Village Fiscal Officer effective January 1, 2004. The Fiscal Officer shall have all the powers and duties as set forth in Ohio R.C. 733.262.
