To provide for the public health, safety, and general welfare of the residents living within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District, the district is authorized to provide cemetery services through facilities or systems acquired or constructed for that purpose through construction, purchase, lease, contract, gift or condemnation or any combination thereof.
