12-2-4: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS:
This title is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants, deed restrictions or ordinances. However, where this title and easement, covenant, deed restriction, or another ordinance conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
