A. State: The provisions of R746-409, pipeline safety, are hereby incorporated in their entireties by reference.
B. Federal: The provisions of 49 CFR parts 190, 194 - 199, as amended (October 1, 2010), are hereby incorporated in their entireties by reference.
C. Regulations: To the extent any regulations within this section conflict with state or federal regulations or laws regulating hazardous liquids or materials transmission pipelines, those state or federal regulations and laws shall take precedence over these regulations. (Ord. 825-A, 1-7-2015)
