No person may challenge in district court a land use decision under this title until they have exhausted all of their administrative remedies provided herein. Any person adversely affected by any final administrative decision made pursuant to this title must file a petition for review of that final decision with the district court within thirty (30) days and comply with all other requirements of Utah Code Annotated section 17-27a-801. Failure to comply with this section of the state law divests the district court of subject matter jurisdiction to review decisions of the county. (Ord. 737, 4-14-2010)
