11-7-4: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FEES:
From time to time the county council may establish fees to be paid by applicants to the county for the purpose of covering specific county costs incurred during the review and processing of an application hereunder. The amount to be charged by the county shall be established by resolution of the county council. (Ord. 708, 12-10-2008)
