This title and the zone district map shall be applicable to the geographic portion of the county commonly referred to as eastern Summit County, inclusive of the whole of the county, and encompassing the municipalities of Henefer, Coalville, Oakley, Kamas, and Francis, and excepting the Snyderville Basin, which is coterminous with the area identified on the Snyderville Basin planning district boundary map, on file in the community development department.
