11-5-2: INITIATION OF AMENDMENTS:

Any amendment to the text of this title or the zone district map may be initiated in the following ways:

   A.   By a motion of the county council;

   B.   Upon the request of the planning commission;

   C.   By the CDD or designated planning staff member or county manager; or

   D.   Upon the request of the individual having deed title of real property within the area to be rezoned. (Ord. 708, 12-10-2008)
