   A.   Adoption Of Codes: Construction and fire codes adopted under title 15A, chapters 1 through 5 of the Utah code.
   B.   Applicability Of Building Code Administrative Remedies: The administrative portions of the international building and fire codes, as amended, are hereby adopted, incorporated and made applicable to the administration and enforcement of the provisions of those codes adopted in subsection A of this section.
