The county engineer or the community development director shall from time to time inspect or cause to be inspected, all work done pursuant to permits to ensure the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. The applicant shall implement all recommendations of the inspector, to correct any construction impact not being mitigated per the approved CMP, or any impact not addressed or contemplated in the approved CMP.
