7-4-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 710, 12-17-2008, eff. 1-1-2009)
