7-1-8: SMALL WIRELESS FACILITIES:
   A.   Small wireless facilities must submit an industry standard pole load analysis to the county engineer indicating that the utility pole to which the small wireless facility is to be attached, will safely support the load.
   B.   All small wireless facility equipment must be placed higher than eight (8) feet above ground level on any new or existing utility poles.
   C.   Utility poles must be placed at locations approved by the county engineer which are at least ten (10) feet from any paved road surfaces.
   D.   Utility poles shall not exceed fifty (50) feet above ground level and an antenna of a small wireless facility shall not extend more than ten (10) feet above the top of a utility pole. (Ord. 800-A, 2-5-2020)
