1-5-1: COUNTY SURVEYOR AND COUNTY RECORDER OFFICES CONSOLIDATED:

The offices of county recorder and county surveyor are hereby consolidated. The elected official over these consolidated offices to be hereafter designated as the "county recorder- surveyor". (Ord. 823, 1-8-2014)
