A. In addition to any other remedy allowed by law, any person who violates a provision of this chapter may be subject to criminal sanctions, civil actions, and administrative citations pursuant to title 1, chapter 13, "Administrative Code Enforcement Hearing Program", of this Code.
B. In the event a motor assisted scooter is impounded pursuant to subsection 6-5-2B of this chapter, the scooter-share operator shall pay the administrative costs incurred by the County in impounding the motor assisted scooter, if any, in addition to any applicable penalties imposed pursuant to subsection A of this section.
C. All remedies prescribed under this section are cumulative and the election of one or more remedies does not bar the County from the pursuit of any other remedy to enforce this chapter. (Ord. 898, 5-29-2019)
