6-3-7: NOTICE:

Notice shall be given by the county before a fee is enacted, changed, or repealed. The notice shall include:

   A.   A statement that the county will enact, change, or repeal the fee;

   B.   A copy of the ordinance imposing the fee; and

   C.   The amount of the enactment or change in the fee. (Ord. 710, 12-17-2008, eff. 1-1-2009)
