The revenue generated from collection of the fee shall be:
A. Deposited in the local option transportation corridor preservation fund created in Utah Code Annotated, 1953, sections 72-2-117 and 72-2-117.5, as currently amended; and
B. Used and distributed in accordance with Utah Code Annotated, 1953, section 72-2-117.5, as currently amended.
C. The county council shall, upon finding that the requirements of Utah Code Annotated, 1953, section 72-2-117.5, as amended, are met may approve the expenditure of funds from the local option transportation corridor preservation fund. (Ord. 710, 12-17-2008, eff. 1-1-2009)
