5-3-8: GENERAL PROHIBITION OF NOISE:

In addition to the specific noise prohibitions outlined in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to produce, continue or cause to be produced or continued, any "noise disturbance" within the limits of Summit County, as defined in this chapter. (Ord. 316-B, 4-6-2011)
