A. Purpose: The purpose of this section is to safeguard the safety of the inhabitants and visitors of the county, and that the skiing areas within the county be controlled and regulated to accomplish this goal.
B. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person, for the purpose of skiing or other reason, to wilfully go upon any areas designated by the sheriff, forest service, national park service or ski patrol as unsafe. (Ord. 710, 12-17-2008, eff. 1-1-2009)
