4-1-4: PENALTY:
Any water company, subdivider, corporation, company or person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 710, 12-17-2008, eff. 1-1-2009)
