A. From and after the effective date hereof, water companies, subdividers or any person, company or corporation that installs fire hydrants in the unincorporated area of the county, shall mark the location of said fire hydrants by causing a black flag to be suspended at least eight feet (8') above the top of each fire hydrant.
B. Within one hundred eighty (180) days after the effective date hereof, all water companies, subdividers or any other person, company or corporation responsible for the maintenance and control of said fire hydrants in the unincorporated area of the county, shall cause a black flag to be suspended at least eight feet (8') above the top of each fire hydrant to mark the location of each fire hydrant.
