3-5-15: DRAMATIC WORKS EXCEPTION:

This chapter shall not be construed so as to prohibit:

   A.   Plays, operas, musicals, films, or other dramatic works which are not obscene;

   B.   Classes, seminars and lectures held for serious scientific or educational purposes; or

   C.   Exhibitions, dances or works of art which are not obscene. (Ord. 710, 12-17-2008, eff. 1-1-2009)
