A. An off premises beer retailer license shall entitle the licensee to possess, sell, offer for sale, or furnish beer in its original packaging and in containers no larger than two liters (2 l) for consumption off the premises in a manner consistent with the state's alcoholic beverage control act and this chapter.
B. Off premises beer retailers are subject to the operational requirements set forth in section 32B-7-202 and part 3, off premises beer retailer enforcement act.
C. For violations related to underage sale of beer, the enforcement process set forth at section 32B-7-202, Utah Code Annotated (2011), or its successor provisions, applies. (Ord. 853, 12-2-2015)
