Access to records kept by the county, such as are, or may be, required in this chapter, are governed by Utah's government records access and management act ("GRAMA"). Pursuant to GRAMA, the county shall charge a reasonable fee to individuals requesting information on issued business licenses in order to cover reasonable costs associated with research and reproduction of information.
