199.04 DISHONORED OR RETURNED PAYMENTS.

Any person making a payment by financial transaction device that is returned or dishonored for any reason shall be subject to a penalty of $20.00. The penalty shall be in addition to any other available civil or criminal remedies provided to the County of Summit by law.
