1323.04 FEE FOR APPEAL OR ACTION.

Each application for an appeal to the Board of Building Appeals from an action of the Building Official shall be accompanied by a fee as specified in Section 1307.03. Such fee shall be in addition to other costs authorized by law which shall be the expense of the person requesting the appeal.
