749.07 MASSEUR OR MASSEUSE PERMIT REQUIRED.

Any person, including an applicant for a massage establishment permit, who engages in the practice of massage, shall file an application for a masseur or masseuse permit with the Auditor upon a form provided by such Auditor and shall pay a nonrefundable filing fee of eighty-five dollars ($85.00), receipt to be attached to the application filed with the Auditor.
