Any person, persons, firm, corporation, or association violating any of the provisions of this article or failing to comply with any of its mandatory provisions shall be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and each person or persons, firm, corporation or association shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which a violation of any provision of this article is committed, continued or permitted by such person.
In addition, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of the provisions of this article shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated by appropriate legal action of the City of Summersville. (Ord. 10-25-99.)
