This area is intended to provide for special requirements of the City's Central Business District which offers a mix of commercial goods and services to the City and the surrounding region. It is intended to guide growth in the C-2 zoned district to create healthy vibrant communities with a mix of uses and services to meet the needs of City residents, local customers and transient visitors without detracting from the hometown character of the City.
