The following uses may be permitted when authorized as a special exception by the Planning Commission and subject to the general standards prescribed in Article 1345:
(a) Nonprofit recreational uses, golf clubs, swim clubs, etc.
(b) Schools, churches, hospitals, and semi-public uses.
(c) Home occupations.
(d) Conversion of one-family dwelling to multiple dwelling.
(e) Auto trailer park.
