1349.04 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
   (a)    Minimum lot size - 1/2 acre.
   (b)    Minimum lot width - 100 feet.
   (c)    Maximum lot coverage - 20% .
   (d)    Maximum building or structure height - 35 feet.
   (e)    Minimum distance between structures - 50 feet.
