A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes, and no other:
(a) Single family dwelling.
(b) Forest, game preserve or other conservation purpose.
(c) Agricultural use.
(d) Nonprofit recreational uses, golf clubs, swim clubs, etc.
(e) Public facilities.
(f) Any use customarily accessory to the above listed uses.
