Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, for each violation, pay a penalty of not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), with costs recoverable before the Mayor. Upon default in the payment of the penalty and costs, the person or persons shall be committed to Jail for not exceeding thirty (30) days. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
