After a Comprehensive Plan and an ordinance containing Subdivision Standards have been adopted and a certified copy of this ordinance has been filed with the County Clerk, the Commission shall have exclusive control over the approval of all plats involving incorporated land covered by the Comprehensive Plan and Subdivision Standards in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8A of the West Virginia Code.
