1105.05 LOCATION REQUIREMENTS; OBLIGATIONS OF OWNER OR RENTER.
   (a)    No mobile home/single section manufactured home space shall be allowed in the City, except:
      (1)    In that certain area commencing at the City limits line as of July 1, 1974 (as adopted by City Council, February 14, 1995), on the south side of the Eakle Mobile Home Park; thence in a parallel line, to the north side of Webster Road; thence west on Webster Road 900 feet to a point; thence in a northwest direction to the corporate line as of July 1, 1974 (as adopted by City Council, February 14, 1995); thence in an easterly direction to the south side of the corporate line as of July 1, 1974 (as adopted by City Council, February 14, 1995); thence with the corporate line to the place of beginning and designated on a map of said City as Zone M-1, and made a part of this article.
      (2)    In that certain area commencing on the east side of Broad and Main Street; thence south with Broad Street to Hamilton Street to Alderson Avenue; thence with Alderson A venue to Oak Street; thence west with Oak Street to Anderson A venue in a northeast direction to Main Street; thence east following the south side of Main Street to the beginning, and designated on a map of said City as Zone M-2, and made a part of this article.
   (b)    The owners of land in the Corporation who are, on the effective date of passage of this section, renting and/or occupying mobile home/single section manufactured home space, operating mobile home/single section manufactured home parks or subdivisions, may continue to operate them in the same manner as allowed under previous ordinances regulating auto trailer and auto trailer parks.
   (c)    Any person who is renting and/or occupying mobile home/single section manufactured home space may also replace, repair or remodel the homes, however, in the event any space as now occupied as a mobile home/single section manufactured home space, becomes vacated for more than six (6) months, and such space is not located in Zone M-l or Zone M-2, then no other mobile home may be placed on said mobile home space.
   (d)    Owners may sell the mobile home/single section manufactured home space and mobile home/single section manufactured home to other buyers and such buyers have the right to continue occupying said lot and unit even though it is located outside of Zone M-l or Zone M-2, if such space was occupied prior to July 1, 1974.
