759.99 PENALTY.

Any person found guilty of violating the terms of this article shall be subject to a penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense, up to two (2) offenses. Each subsequent offense shall be subject to a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) each.
