Signs may be utilized to advertise such yard/garage sale; provided, however, no such signs shall obstruct or intrude onto any public right-of-way, block the sight vision of any public right-of- way for vehicular or pedestrian traffic, be placed upon any public utility pole, be placed on any street sign poles or be placed upon the property of others without their prior consent. One (1) on-site sign, not to exceed six (6) square feet, and two (2) off-site directional signs, not to exceed four (4) square feet each, shall be permitted during such yard/garage sale. Such signs may not be erected more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to such yard/garage sale and must be removed at the close of the yard/garage sale activities.
