753.02 CLASSIFICATION.
   Exotic entertainment businesses are classified as follows:
   (a)   Adult arcades;
   (b)   Adult bookstores, adult novelty stores or adult video stores;
   (c)   Adult motion picture theaters;
   (d)   Adult cabarets; and
   (e)   Adult theaters.
      (Passed 3-27-06.)
