(a) Any person engaging in the business of wine distribution shall pay an annual fee of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).
(b) Any person engaging in the business of retailer shall pay an annual fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

(c) Any person engaging in the business requiring a private wine restaurant license shall pay an annual fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00).
