705.03 BEER.

(a) Any person engaging in the business of distribution of beer shall pay an annual fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

(b) Any person engaging in the business of dispensing beer shall pay an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(c) Any person engaging in the business of operating a club shall pay an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(d) Any person engaging in the business of cold package carry-out shall pay an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(e) Any person engaging in the business of warm package carry-out shall pay an annual fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
