109.04 EMERGENCY SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL.
   Pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 15-5-8, an Emergency Services Advisory Council is hereby established, which shall consist of five residents of the City, appointed by Council to advise the Director on all matters pertaining to emergency services; provided, that not more than three members thereof shall be members of the same political party. Council members shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for the reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred in the performance of their duties. Each Council member shall be appointed for a four-year term of office and until his successor is duly appointed and qualified; and members so appointed shall take office on the first day of the month next following their appointment. Vacancies which occur other than by reason of expiration of term of office shall be filled for the unexpired term only.
