It shall be unlawful for any person living in the City to keep on any premises in the corporate limits any horses, ponies, mules, or other beasts of burden, as well as any kind of livestock, cattle, poultry or swine. It shall be likewise unlawful for any person who is not a resident of the City, but who owns property in the corporate limits to permit others to keep horses, ponies, mules, or other beasts of burden, as well as any kind of livestock, cattle, poultry or swine, in the corporate limits.
When a violation is found to exist, each day that the violator remains in violation, shall constitute a new and separate offense.
