505.17 CONFINEMENT OF DOGS IN HEAT.
   (a)    Every person owning or harboring any female dog in heat shall keep such dog confined in a building or secure enclosure.
   (b)    Every person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
