373.12 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Chief of Police, with the approval of the Council, may make further rules and regulations in regard to bicycles as he may deem necessary for the safety of the public. He shall have the authority to establish bicycle patrols in the various schools of the City.
