(a) No person shall ride a bicycle upon the sidewalks located within the Business District of the City.
(b) No person shall ride a bicycle on a sidewalk in a residential district; except, that juveniles under the age of twelve years, exercising due care, may ride upon a sidewalk but shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.
(c) This section shall not apply to established bicycle paths.
