(a) Taxicabs. Taxicabs may be parked only on those streets or portions of streets designated by the Chief of Police for such parking. When such taxicab parking spaces have been designated and proper signs and markings erected, no person, other than a taxicab operator, shall park within such designated spaces.
(b) Septic Tank Trucks. No person operating a septic tank truck or vehicle used in connection with the operation of cleaning septic tanks shall park such vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with law or in the direction of a police officer, on any street within the City for a period longer than one hour. Nothing within this section shall prevent such person from parking a septic tank vehicle on private property .
(c) Vehicles Carrying Explosives. No person shall park a vehicle, motor-driven or otherwise, on any street within the corporate limits that is laden with any dynamite, nitroglycerin, monobell, gun powder, or any other such explosives, ammunition, fireworks or any flammable or combustible liquids.
